What data is synced between Memtime and ClickUp, and how often?

Memtime automatically syncs items from ClickUp, like projects and tasks, so they appear in Memtime after a short while. When it comes to data going the other way, only your time entries are synced. All syncing happens automatically at regular intervals, so there’s no need to manually refresh, recreate, or manage things in two places.

Are my activities synced to ClickUp?

No. Activities do not sync. Memtime uses them to help you create accurate time entries and reconstruct your day more easily. Only the final time entries are synced and your activity data stays private in Memtime.

How are projects and tasks from ClickUp shown in Memtime?

Projects, tasks, issues, or similar items are displayed in Memtime using the same structure you already have in ClickUp. Memtime simply brings in your existing setup, so you can assign your time in a way that matches how your work is already organized - without needing to rebuild anything.

Can I edit time entries before they are synced to ClickUp?

Yes. You can review and edit your time entries in Memtime before they are synced. You stay fully in control of what gets submitted - only the final time entries you approve are synced, not your private activity data.

No, Memtime is only available for desktop devices running Windows, macOS, or Linux. However, if you use VoIP software to make phone calls on mobile, you can connect it to Memtime and have your time in calls tracked automatically.
