Memtime automates time tracking for DATEV EO Comfort. This is a premium integration that enables two-way data exchange between the systems. Clients and tasks are imported into Memtime, and time entries are exported to DATEV EO Comfort — so you don’t have to enter billable hours twice.
The integration with DATEV EO Comfort is included in Memtime’s Premium subscription — along with phone call and VoIP integration. The Premium plan starts at €20/month per user with an annual contract. You can test Memtime together with DATEV for 14 days for free — just contact us if you're interested.
Memtime is built to track computer activities — so absences are not automatically recorded.
Many of our customers use DATEV Classic. Since there's no direct interface here, Memtime can’t be integrated — instead, it’s used as a memory aid. These users also benefit, since they can still track billable time, even if it can’t be entered into DATEV Classic via Memtime. Memtime Basic is a more affordable package designed for this use case. Yes, Memtime can automatically track your time spent in business calls and meetings — including iPhone and Mac calls, Microsoft Teams, all video conferencing tools, and any VoIP system connected to Memtime. VoIP tools like sipgate, pascom and Fritz!Box are already included in the Premium plan. You can also request integration with your VoIP provider — and we’ll build it for you.
Memtime is a desktop app that can automatically track your online meetings and calls. However, personal meetings that don’t involve a computer are not automatically tracked and are marked as “Offline time.” These offline times are displayed in your calendar, so you can easily assign them to scheduled in-person meetings.
Memtime only tracks what happens on your computer — and stores this data locally on your device in a single copy. If you choose to sync your activity data to the cloud, it stays private and only visible to you. If your computer crashes, your data remains safely stored on your device — unless it’s deleted or the device is reformatted.
If you’re using DATEV EO Comfort, you’ll need connection details for your environment — like server URL, username, password, API/Webservices access (if required), and login credentials for DATEVconnect online.
