Hi Sergej. What is your job - and what does Spacial Services specialize in?
Sergej: I am a spacial experience designer. That means I create spaces for brands. It can be very different spaces: stores, customer centers, exhibitions, roadshows, trade show booths, fitness centers, offices, etc. The key is always access via the concrete user experience within the space.
Why are exact times important to you?
Sergej: As a self-employed person, I work when and where I want. My working hours on the various projects are therefore very fragmented. To have these times exactly under control means a lot of administration and interferes with the flow. But if I don't have exact times, I can't invoice. I love my job, but I also want to get paid for it.

Sergej: I like to obsess over details a lot. However, I often miss the details regarding the time I spend. Counting minutes all the time is just not my thing. And yet, at the end of the month, you want to be able to invoice the time spent.
